Here are the 3 New WhatsApp features that this instant messaging platform has recently introduced to the beta testers.

Already in 2020, WhatsApp has launched many new features like ‘WhatsApp Disappearing Messages’, advanced search, and animated stickers or icons for Android. Nowadays, everybody is comfortable using WhatsApp be it in any part of the world. So, to make sure the users do not get disappointed WhatsApp has been updating or launching new features.

1) Paste multiple videos and images

iOS users will be the first to use this feature. With the new update, we will be allowed to paste multiple images and videos into WhatsApp. Initially, we must select multiple images from the photos app. Then, tap ‘Export’ and now ‘Copy’. After this, open WhatsApp and paste it into the chat bar. Now the multiple selected images or videos can be sent.  

2) Audio and Video calling feature on WhatsApp Web

WhatsApp is rolling out the audio and video calling feature on WhatsApp Web as a beta feature. But in the year 2021, it will be available to all the users. Many of us have indeed been waiting for this feature. Moreover, it is a relief to people who regularly use WhatsApp via desktop. They can use the audio or video call icon with the beta label and make calls with a single tap.

3) Join missed group calls

There are situations where many of us were not able to join a group call and we missed it. So, WhatsApp is adding this feature so that we can join missed group calls. You have just opened WhatsApp and find out the group call is still going on. With this update, you can now join the group call and participate actively.

Other than this you may also expect some improvements while sharing URLs, backing up chat history, making calls, and addition of new stickers and emojis.
